Mixed martial arts is the most popular combat sport in the world today. Training includes striking, clinching and grappling, both standing and on the ground, as well as transitions between the two. We have over 15 years of experience training, coaching and mentoring fighters at both the amateur and professional level.
Boxing is a great class to get in shape quickly and involves lots of cardio, conditioning, footwork, head movement and hand techniques. Great for recreation, fitness and self-defense basics.
Our program incorporates both traditional Muay Thai and Dutch style Muay Thai (K1 Kickboxing). While traditional Muay Thai focuses a lot on clinching, elbows and kicks, Dutch style Muay Thai (K1 Kickboxing) has limited clinching and specializes more on hand, kick and knee combinations and is the best proven striking style when adapted to MMA. It's still a great workout and in addition to training people for fun, fitness and self-defense, we also have 15 years of experience training competitors.
Our wrestling program includes both Brazilian No-Gi jiu-jitsu, specializing in ground fighting techniques with submissions, chokes, reversals, and freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, specializing in clinching and takedown techniques.
Our program is a complete martial arts system with a variety of weapons, hand-to-hand combat, and ground fighting. It follows an organized system of color belts. Weapons training includes stick fighting (long stick, double stick, single stick, stick and knife), knife fighting (double and single knife, karambit, pocket stick), disarming and firearms training.
